Bharat Oman Refineries Ltd., (BORL), a Joint Venture of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited and Oman Oil Company Limited is setting up a state-of-the-art grassroot Refinery with a capacity of 6 MMTPA at Bina, Dist. Sagar, Madhya Pradesh. The Refinery is expected to be commissioned by end of 2009. In order to expedite successful completion of this fast track project, we invite talented, experienced and self motivated personnel for the following positions: VICE-PRESIDENT ASSISTANT VICE-PRESIDENT MANAGER AND ASSISTANT MANAGER In the following disciplines: CHEMICAL, MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, CIVIL, INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEERING AND IN HSE. Candidates should have First Class Degree of Engineering in respective discipline from a reputed University with minimum experience of 2 to 20 years and above in Refinery / Chemical / Petrochemical Industry. Finance: Chartered Accountants, fresh upto 20 years of experience in Finance / Taxation / Audit etc. HR: MBAs from reputed universities/institutes with 5 to 15 years experience HR/ IR / Admin etc. Company Secretary (Manager/ Assistant Manager) ACS/FCS preferably with LLB and 5 to 15 years experience in Secretarial/ Legal and Accounts matters. The compensation package for above positions is in the range of Rs. 6.35 to 20 lacs (CTC) per annum. MANAGEMENT TRAINEES First Class graduate engineers from Chemical / Mechanical /Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering. Management Trainees would undergo one year training in all aspects of Refinery Operations and Maintenance. During training period these trainees would be paid an all inclusive salary of Rs.32500/- per month. In addition bachelor accommodation and conveyance would be provided as per Company Rules. TECHNICAL ASSISTANTS Diploma Engineers in CHEMICAL, MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL and INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEERING. Diploma engineers who have passed Engineering Examination (full time) from recognized Institute and have more than one year work experience in Oil Refining, Fertilizers, Chemical Petrochemical Industry would be eligible to apply. Certification in Boiler Proficiency Examination will be given added advantage. Salary (CTC) is in the range of Rs.1.75 to 4 lacs per annum. The Technical Assistants would be required to perform multi skills and multi-tasks roles. TRAINEE TECHNICAL ASSISTANTS The aspiring candidates should have passed Diploma in CHEMICAL, MECHNICAL, ELECTRICAL AND INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEERINGS examinations (full time) from recognized Institute in the first attempt with an aggregate of 60% and above. Selected candidates would be required to undergo a one year hands-on training. On successful completion of training the candidates would be absorbed in the regular cadre of the Company. During training period the candidates would be paid a consolidated stipend of Rs. 8000/- per month. In addition bachelor accommodation and conveyance would be provided as per Company Rules. On absorption in the regular grade of the Company the staff would be paid salary in the range of Rs.1.75 lacs CTC per annum. All things being equal preference would be given to candidates from Madhya Pradesh.
